Forgot How to Change Work Space Background Color

Recently a product I loaded from the Content Library caused the Work Space window to go completely white under the Actors, Wardrobe & Props tab. This is not affecting the other main tabs. My problem is that the white color of the background drowns out other things that are in that window, and I cannot recall how to change the color of the background back to a color that is not so bright. I need instructions concerning this.
