Specifically, I am looking for the part that is on her forehead. It would also be helpful if someone could tell me what the piece is called so I could look for similar items. I think it might be a tiara or headband, but I don't know anything about jewelry.

There are a lot of "circlets" available here and at Rendo. Those will also come up in searches for "Tiara", but "Circlet" will get you those results more reliably, I think.
