problems with rendering of DA PALM island

Hello! I use DA palm island full 3DL or IRAY with genesis8 with different hair types. In rendering the hair is always white. Can you tell me how do I go about getting its natural color? thank you

Does the hair render correctly otherwise? Are you rendering in Iray or 3Delight?
