Daz found a new way to stop you logging help tickets
As if the un-necessarily long form wasn't enough they've put a captcha on it you cannot get past. No matter how many times I selected, cars, traffic lights, crosswalks and bicycles it fails.
I'm trying to open a ticket to say the shopping cart has a problem, select something in the shop, realise I'm not logged in, login, the cart still shows there is something in it, click on cart, shopping cart is empty, doesn't matter which browser I use, PaleMoon, Chrome, IE, Firepox, have to reset all browsers to make it work again. It's a real PITA when it happens and I'm trying to buy something.
Please can one of the mods forward this to somebody who can do something.
Best Wishes and a merry christmas to you all.
Steve.
P.S.
Happy birthday to me ! If anybody fancies buying me a giftcard for Rhouge and Queenie! What the hell, Shy bairns get nowt...

I think you can bypass the captcha on the support form by logging in first - click the "Sign In" button along the top of the screen.
To sort out your shopping cart glitch, add another item to your cart, then go to the cart screen and empty the cart. Then you can go back and buy yourself something nice for your birthday.
Add another item to the cart once you logged in, that should make both items appear. Then you can remove the additional item.
Thanks to you both, adding another item to the cart and then removing it worked, need to remember that for next time.

I'm trying to cut down on my 3D spending, however I did buy myself a Raspberry Pi 4 for my birthday...
Steve.
Yes, that's correct.
