Semi OT help converting WordPress into 3d artist blog

I have till begining of June to create a 3d artist blog but all I have gotten done was install WordPress.  I also need to figure out how I am going to pay for July's hosting too which needs to be paid by July 3rd or something like that.  I am trying to figure out without spending money how to get this blog going.  I do have access to YouTube at home on my smart tv.  I can look up some videos to help me.  Right now I am not home so I have no access to my tv, but I do have access to internet.

Does anyone have any advice or ideas to help get the website going so I can be encouraged to renew my membership?

edit: how did this get into the wrong forum.  It was supposed to be in commons not new users.
