Unable to access inbox and private messages. ISSUE SORTED

Why am I unable to access my inbox?

I've tried clicking on MESSAGES and it takes me a page that has INBOX - EXCLUSIVE OFFERS - NEWSLETTER.

I click on INBOX and it takes me precisely nowhere!

Can anyone tell me how I'm supposed to access my inbox?

    There are three "buttons" on that page (see the attachment). When you land there the "Inbox" button is active (shown by it's darker colour). I've never know "Inbox" to be used for any messages from Daz3D - you need to click on "Exclusive Offers" usually, but if you are looking for today's Ellithia bonus offer it's actually under "Newsletter" for some reason.

    ou have 2 inboxes and 2 different PM systems.    One for the forums and one for the store.

    Click on your name  ←←← over there, or even the avatar image,   that brings you to your forum profile.     Click on the Gear icon    and then click on Inbox from the drop down list.

    Oops, sorry, I misread: I thought you were after the store messages, not the PMs!
