Anyone familiar with this outfit?

I've liked this outfit for a long time and I'm sure I've gone through every page 5 times over
but haven't come across it.
Any ideas?

    If I remember correctly, the textures for the outfit in the image you posted were custom made by replacing the texture map with a color (black or red) and leaving the bump map in place.
