4.11 is very unstable for me

Hello,

I'm having a problem with the current 4.11 version of daz3d that I downloaded today, the same things happens in the beta.

Whenever I have a scene with a fully clothed character with some hair and try to pose long chain rigged items like chains of SY Shackled product https://www.daz3d.com/shackled-for-genesis-8 with the active pose tool it crashes.

This didn't hapen in the 4.10 stable version before the update.

Is anyone else finding the 4.11 beta or not beta very unstable? Yes, I just sent a help ticket, just curious if I'm the only one with this problem.

If it wasn't a previous post by you someone elese was having crashes with Active Pose, but other than that and driver-related issues it seems t be pretty solid for most people.

...I'm still working in the the beta and use Active Pose quite a bit with no crash issues.

Which viewport mode are you working in, Iray or textured?

What else is running on that computer and have you made any "tweaks", such as setting your virtual storage to zero?  Sorry, but SOMEBODY has to ask the question.  laugh

Could anyone try to pose this rope with the active pose tool on the bottom below where the pins are and see if it crashes for them?

It crashes for me every time, even without any figures in the scene.

    Requieres this product

I'm doing it in texture shaded mode

I also didn't do any tweaks and have no virtual storage

The rope crashes for me in 4.11.

I mostly use active pose for figures (luckily, no crashes yet).

So I'm not the only one...

DAZ3D should fix this. I sent them a ticket a week ago, but still no reply.
