Is EJ Easy Face Generator only for Windows...?

I didn't see it written anywhere...but I may have overlooked it. Is this product only for Windows users? And do you need 4.11 for it to work?  I have been scuppered before with accidentally buying a 'windows only' add-on and don't really feel like going through the refund process if that's the case.
