    This will be looked at, but in the meantime you can always check out and open a Sales Support ticket asking for a fix, with a link to and screen shot of the section.

    Similar question.  If you buy two gift cards, each in a seperate order with three qualifying items, do you get 15% off both orders?  And do you get the $17 credit twice?  The ad doesn't have any verbiage indicating that it's a one purchase only per customer deal. 

    Looks like they'ved added the clarification that it's usuable once:

    * Store Credit will be added to your account by the end of Wednesday, September 4th. For the Gift Card, items must be in cart simultaneously for discount to apply. Usable once per customer.

    Except that I've already done two orders each with a GC and three qualifying items and received the 15% off on the GC on both orders, so we'll see if I get grandfathered in on the second $17.  :)  Other than that little quirk, I've found this sale to be pretty weak today, as there's very little that hasn't been on sale at much better discounts relatively recently. I was really hoping for some flash sales or anything except the same Genesis/G2/G3 discount sale that's been going on for multiple days now.

    Edit: I was going to qoute something a few days ago and ask something but changed my mind, how do I get rid of theese qoute marks? it's impossible to erase them indecision. It's really irritating that if I change my mind and then want to make a  post the qoute remains.

    Well, only DAZ would know for sure but the way it is worded I would say: No, you don't have to buy a gift card to get the credit. Basically it says that if buy X number of Debut or Still New releases you can receive the benefits if you want them.

    Thanks, Charlie - I wasn't expecting a formal response (knowing it's a holiday in the US today) but appreciate other people's opinion on this. I'll take my chances...

    With the new wording, it seems like the gift card wouldn't be needed to trigger the $17 back offer. But just to be on the safe side and avoid a potential CS ticket, I threw in a gift card for $1anyway. Even doing that, I essentially got three new items for free, which isn't a bad deal at all.

    But you don't get them for free... the $ 17,- won't go back into your pocket, as you can only use them to buy stuff at the DAZ shop... so in the end, DAZ will get less money, but they will get at least some money from you ^^

    I think that's only if you're not a PC member, then it's 50% off the non-members price. At least, that's the way it was explained earlier when PC items didn't show an extra discount during a sale.

    There's an error with today's extra 30 % off, I put dForce Scarlett Nightgown for Genesis 8 Female(s) which is among the Stil new releases in my cart but there's no extra 30 %,  I tried to remove it from my cart and put it there again several times but still no extra discount.

    Do you have anything from the Special Featured Items in the cart? The extra 30% off goes on those items, not the new item.

    If I read this comment right, you are attempting to get an extra 30% off of the Nightgown. The extra discount is not on the new releases, but the Special Featured Items

    Get an EXTRA 20% OFF Today’s Special Featured Items

    OR buy any Debut New Release OR Still New Release to get an EXTRA 30% OFF* them

     

    I'm not fond of the wording Daz started using some time back… I think this would be much clearer if it stated:

    Get an EXTRA 20% OFF Today’s Special Featured Items , no qualifying purchase required

    OR get an EXTRA 30% OFF Today’s Special Featured Items with the purchase of any Debut New Release OR Still New Release featured on this page.

    Now, if I misunderstood your comment, and you have one or more Special Feature Items in the cart, the Nightgown product should trigger the 30%, which will replace the 20%. If that's the case, the best thing to do is take a screenshot of your cart and attach it to your next post.

    Thanks, now I understand. The words could be a bit more clear, it says: Get an EXTRA 20% OFF Today’s Special Featured Items
    OR buy any Debut New Release OR Still New Release to get an EXTRA 30% OFF* them, that sounds to me like an extra 20% off special featured items OR (the OR in capital letters seams significant here) get 30 % off any Still new release. If the or had been in small letters it wouldn't have the same meaning to me. or with the words no qualifying purchase required for the 20% like you said, L'Adair.

    For me, it looks like the store credit from yesterday's Labor day sale updated pretty quickly, and worked even if you chose to use store credit instead of buying a gift card. Thanks Daz! :-D

    What is weird for me is that the price history chart (I think that is part of the sales tool addon) shows the price being lowered to $11.97 but the current price is still $19.95.
