Calling Sickleyield need help with your hat fitting product

Your Hat And Hair Helper product is confusing me a bit it seems.

I load in G8M, then your product, then with G8M selected I load in the hair and then with G8M still selected I load in the hair.  Go back to your product and choose the morphs I need to push the hair under the beret and nothing happens.  I've tried this several times with no joy.  I guess I'll just take the setup into ZBrush and do it manually as I need to get this promo done.  Let me know so I can make use of this product in the future, hopefully.

    There is a user guide installed with the product. Two, in fact, one male one female. Are they not clear? Load G8, load the Hat and Hair Helper and conform to the figure (that should be automatic), then select the Helper and then load the hair. It should conform to the Helper, then you use the morphs on the Helper to adjust the hair. The order is important.

    Make sure you are fitting the hair to the hair helper and not to the figure....

    See that's where I got confused reading the PDF, yes, I actually read it, and though she was telling me to conform the helper, hat and hair to the main figure.  So the helper is loaded to the hair not the main figure?

    In any case the hair fit for YoungBlood hair is done via ZBrush so rendering now....

    The Helper is loaded to the Figure, the Hair is loaded to the Helper. That way the Helper acts on the Hair, while staying attached to the figure.

    The scene hierarchy should look like the attached.

    i love the hair helper, dont use it as often as i should
