Unable to pay for the stuffs i want to buy

ok i was trying today to buy elios and few others stuffs today with ma last store credit and it not allowed me to pay here the problem:
I finally have decided to buy elios and some stuffs and now i'm unable to do it because it not allow me to use my credit store, why i can't??? until now i had bought a really big amount of stuffs just using store credit then now i why i can't use it???, i also had sended a ticket for it.

Sending a ticket, as you've done, is pretty much all you can do. Sorry.
You actually did use your store credit. The 0.00 available means that there will be none left after your purchase. If you look over on the right, under Store Credit, it lists the entirety of your store credit as a credit. Just hit place order and you're golden.
the 0 value is after i've added the credit store, if you look to the "second image you can see which i do have the 64.53, then when i choose the store credit it become 0 but the system don't accepted it.
i hope it get fixed because my 20% cupon will expire day 14(next 2 days) and i can loose the trade because of that i will be forced to buy another thing in the place.
it's say 0 because the value was applied when i choose the option to use credit store, that 0 is the "remain amount after it discount the ammount which is showed in the third image, you can see it say "credit store -64,53 making the total value 0, i've already bought a lot of stuffs during the "frenezi of flash sales, all my boughts where using the store credit the only difference would be because in all the transactions the remain value was above 0 because i had and bought enough credit store with gift card to make sure be able to pay everything, that is why the remain value is exactly the same of my store cart, i love keep simulating each new "sale" which appear and see if is good to get it or no and things like that then i have made sure which after all the frenezi i would still have the needed ammount for my final puchuase.
maybe can be a bug of the store where if the "remain money from the store, is =0 it think which the "discount is not being applied or something like that, but it's really something wrong unless you can't use store credit to buy "new release thing" or something like that, otherwise it's a bug or maybe due to me buying too much using the "credit store" it auto locked my account to not be able to do it anymore giving a sort of "CD time" where i must wait before using again the same payment, but i don't see anything saying that which we can't keep using the store credit to buy things.
Ah. There is an issue here.
I occassionally see the final price change by a penny up or down compared to what I was expecting (although I'm not sure why - presumably some form of rounding error on discounts) and, stupidly, Daz's store takes "Confirm and Pay" to mean "Pay whatever the store thinks the basket is worth, even if that's not actually the amount you authorised".
(It's not normally a big headache, but I had a problem once where in a second tab I mistakenly added something to my cart instead of my wishlist while I was doing a Paypal checkout, and despite Paypal showing me the original cart price, and me authorising that, I ended up paying for the unintended item. Fortunately, customer support sorted it out, but frankly I'm appalled Paypal allows that either).
If you're trying to buy *exactly* the amount of credit you have, then my guess is that the store rejects the payment because it decided it was actually a $64.54 payment and wants to take that amount of credit, but your payment method will only cover $64.53 (and you haven't provided another payment method to cover that extra penny).
I wouldn't advise deliberately trying to check out with exactly the right amount of credit, as it's liable to cause this issue.
Mind if I go off topic on this topic? I have some store credit, but I can't figure out how to use it. It has no code or anything to enter in the cart.
When you go to checkout and select your payment method you should see “use store credit” as an option.
Thanks, Leana. Appreciated. I'm feeling really stupid cuz I'm making purchase mistakes lately, and asking for refunds. Bad eyes, cataracts. Hope the DAZ people have patience with me until I can get this fixed. Thanks again!
