Background picture not included

On the product page for this one:

it says "background picture not included", but I can't figure out what they mean. I assume it must be something shown on the promos, but what?

Maybe it's the HDRI? You can see a reflection in the windows in the promo:

I believe that's probably what is meant by the "background image". :)
Thanks, yes, it's the term "background image" that is confusing - usually that means a photo you apply to the backdrop in DS. It should have said HDRI or Environment Map.
I believe it is probably an image added later in post - there are tell-tale signs of the images being rendered without a background and then the background image being added later (black matting around the edges and borders of the model). In that case, "background image" sounds to me like an accurate term. :)
But that wouldn't cause reflections in the window glass, as is the case here?
No idea, you'd have to ask the PA who made it. :) That one might have been rendered with a visible HDRI.
