Still Having Issues With Content Not Showing In Custom Categories

So, I am having some issues with content not showing in my custom categories despite the fact that they clearly show as being IN the category (it has all the little check marks leading to the custom category.   Sometimes they just disappear, sometimes they just refuse to show.  One of the biggest culprits is the Morphing Fantasy Dress for G8F.  Most of the time, if I go and uninstall via DIM and re install, it will show back up.  I've spoken to several people and they also are experiencing this.  Some things seem to point to items that are updated may be breaking the link (although this is not consistent in my experience, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't).  I've posted about this before but it seemed to have gotten better for awhile.  Here lately, its gotten much worse.  And of course, I don't know what files are effected until I click on the category.  Any ideas how to fix this? Preferably permanently.

    I've had ths a few times. Sometimes I can fix it by going into Content DB Maintennance and re-importing the metadata for the items. When you start this it comes up with everything seleced to re-import, I deselect it all and just select the items I' trying to fix. If you re-import everything it can take a long time and I think if you re-import too much in one go it doesn't fix the problem, I'm not sure about this.

    I suspected that might be the case (and no way could I remimport the metadata for 6TB of stuff lol.  I guess I am wondering if this is going to be fixed?  Its unfortunate that it keeps losing this stuff,  and for some reason its happening at a more rapid pace recently.    Its really impacts my time management and effects how quickly I can get things done.  Since I have deadlines, this is a bit of a problem for me.

    I suppose its possible but its happening on two completely different systems and I am not the only one its happening to.
