Problems with FWSA Chastity HD for Genesis 3 Female

Hello all,

I am having serious problem loading and now simply reinstalling FWSA Chastity HD.

First, I did a manual install into my content library folder, refreshed in Daz Studio, Daz Studio displays it but when I try to load it, I get the error "File could not be found".  I know it's there.

Second, I uninstalled it manually and try installing it via Daz Connect and Daz Installer Manager...neither worked.  Furthermore, every time I tried to install it using the DIM, the application crashed.

Any ideas on what could be the problem here?  I would hate to think it's the item itself.
