I have Kala pro bundle and I don't get the 20 extra discount, please fix it.

    Is this still the case, the discount seems to be showing for me? When did you purchase the Kala 8 Pro Bundle?

    today, it still dont work

    Alien lands shows at 30% discount at my cart, the 20% ifor kala is not aplying

    Still doesn't work for me either. Bought Kala Pro at May 31.

    Alien Lands is discounting for me - it's possible that the discount applies only if you bought the Kala 8 bundle before the day of the sale or at the same time as the promoted items, though - that has been the case before. You may need to open a Sales Support ticket, though I suspect the offer will close tomorrow or the day after if it's like most.

    It did work the day I purchased Kala, as I had a couple of items from the Morocco sale in the cart there. But I was just checking, don't really need anymore from that sale.

    I actually works if you put the Kala base character in the cart also, so you could do that and then return it.

    It worked when I put the Kala 8 base character in my cart, but then when I took it back out (I was going to make the purchase without it and ask CS for a refund of the difference) the correct price stayed on the item in my cart after I removed Kala 8

    Strange, I tried that too and it didn't work. Maybe it depends on which items it is.
