What are files "PoserCF" for?

I started using DazStudio again after a few years break, now I find that whenever I geta product it comes with 2 files
Example for Genesis Male:

Genesis 2 Male Starter Essentials
Genesis 2 Male Starter Essentials PoserCF

What is the PoserCF file for and does it go installed in the same place as the other?
This file contains the "Runtime" directory, does it go in the folder:

E:\Users\User_name\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library

    PoserCF files are files required if you wish to use the related content in Poser 9+ or PoserPro 2012+
    For 'just' Daz Studio you do not need them. They should be installed, if used, in a Runtime linked to Poser
