Duplicate file formula found error message

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

It seems since I installed the Kala 8 bundle items, when I loaded Ara 8 and now Tika 8 I get the duplicate error message, how do I figure out what is causing it?

    load the item that is causing this and go to help > troubleshooting > view log file

    then scroll all the way down

    Thanks for the information, I guess the problem is with LY_ Briallen FBM by @Lyoness .  I assume a ticket would need to be filed to get this corrected?

    Updates have gone out.  This problem should now be completely resolved
