psd files

I have a .psd file the documentation is not helpful at all, where does it go? It a body morph for Genesis 8 female.  I need it badly please help

    A PSD file is an image - probably some kind of overlay to be combined (in an image editor of your choice) with a basic texture. It would help to know which product this is.

    .PSD is a native Photoshop Image format (as Richard wrote) and would have nothing to do with actual morphs working.

    .PSD could be a source for new normal maps, or bump maps, etc and some might like call this a morph in appearance, but it's not a morph in the Daz-usage sense.
