How to reduce the iris and, in general, to manage its position.

There is this freebie by SpearCarrier, not quite the same but does introduce more flexibility to the Sakura 8 eyes

Keep in mind that Sakura has separate eyes that aren't part of the other 8 characters, so the iris control is on those and not the base eyes if you're looking to resize it for other characters.
