But who made this image?

I find this picture particularly successful and very beautiful. in terms of composition, light and the whole atmosphere.
I would have liked to find its author.
I searched the gallery but I did not find anything.
Thank you if someone at a track.

Yes, it is fantastic. Would like to know the workflow as well. So many small details are perfect.

    Merci ! :)

    This artist is exceptional.
I just visited his Portfolio ... very very impressive.
Impossible to leave him a message.
I wonder if he uses DAZ Studio for its light and especially its renders.
They are so sharp and precise.

makes me wonder what renderer he uses as it looks like something other than Iray in some of the images in their gallery.

Agreed! I love all of their gallery submissions. I would love to find out more on the workflow as well. Would even pay for a good tutoral from them. Those renders are on point!

One of the images in the portfolio (the one with the figure crouching beside the car), says "Renderengine: Octane".

    YEEEEESSSSSS !

    Does Octane change the quality?
Is the rendering engine really better than DAZ Studio?

There are a ton of rendering apps, all with their pros and cons and all will look differently depending bon how the materials and lighting are set up.

Yes, but in this case ... the artist used Octane as Odd_Platypus says?

It all depends on how well you know the app you are using.

For some reason this grabbed my attention too, I think its the mixture of a scifi vibe with chemistry between the couple. Something a bit Farscape about it.

The only element I recognise is the Hydron suit the guy is wearing. I wouldn't have thought of using it in a bar scene like that in a million years. What great imagination.

I looked for who is this Maximilian W.
Obviously he is neither at Artstation, nor at DeviantArt or other.
I can not find his images anywhere except here in his portfolio.
We can not put comments, and his descriptions are very succinct. We do not know if it uses DAZ market content.
Characters, clothes, lighting And of course, what a rendering.

I hesitate but but I think I'll test it ....

Has no one considered that postwork may be involved?

Of course .. But the postwork does not make the composition, nor the precise lighting at this point .. nor the render.
All the work is above all the staging of the characters, the perfectly distributed light, and the render. Look at the quality of the skin of the characters. all this is realistic. It looks like a movie.
