Question about Kim from Elianeck

Ok I have a question about the Kim Model from @Elianeck

When i look at promo image 18 and 21 there is quite a bit of difference in shape.

Has image 21 more morphs applied? (Looks like she has some % of Boom Chicka in her)

Can anyone shed some light on this?
