Creating a camera at a selected location

Is there a way to create a comera at a saved location, for example suppose in my scen there is a photograph in a frame on a table and I want to create a camera at the frame's location in the scene?

No, but aftern creating the camera you could select the item you want it to match, then the camera, and use the Align pane.

You can also move the perspective view so that it has the view of the camera you want to create and then creat that camera and choose use current view under the advanced settings. I find this very useful.
