Trouble installing Michael - Urgent

Hi Everyone,
Please help. I have installed Michael 6, but I when I try to load him, I get an error message stating that I am
missing the /data/DAZ 3D/Genesis 2/Male/Genesis2Male.dsf. How can that be?
I installed everything properly. Where can I find that file? Anyone else having that
issue?

    You need to go to your account -> Product Library, find Genesis 2 Essentials and install Genesis 2 Male Essentials.
