"Undo" borked again after a w10 update

An update to what I wrote below. I am adding this for the benefit of anyone who might come across the same problem.
Apparently, uninstalling that specific update through the windows 10 settings section doesn't truly works. You have to remove it the old fashion way through the old control panel, the one we know and love from windows 7. Blocking the updates until a fix is found could be a wise choice. It's what I did and after that, it looks like my Undo function is working again. It cannot be just a coincidence: my SpaceNavigator controller knob started to misbehave as well after that update was installed. Everything went kaboom and now it's back to normal (knocking on wood).
If you can avoid KB4486553 for now, you'd better.

Yesterday evening, an update under the name "2019-02- Cumulative update for .net Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10 1809 fox x64 (KB4486553) installed itself on my win10 pro render machine.
Ever since, it's been impossible for me to use the "Undo" fuction properly either in DS4.10 or the beta 4.11.Has anyone noticed a similar behavior, or any idea of how to fix this? It's the only thing that changed between "it's working" and 'what the hell".
Addendum: I tried to uninstall the update and it didn't help.
An example of what happens:
Loading a G8F. Loading a G8M. Paint G8M in blue. Move G8M's forearm. Try to undo: G8M's arm remains where it is but he reverts to standard pink skin. The undo is erratic and either skips steps or does nothing.
