Newbie - How to export project for social media use

brand new user here. Was curious how to export my project in order to post onto social media. Is there a certain format that I need to export out to?

If you mean you want to post images created in DS, you need to render them (Render>Render) then save as an image (using the buttons at the bottom of the render window, or File>Save Last Render).
