MCS 1.6 tutorial anywhere?

Hi all,

I saw the MCS bundle in the store, and I still have the base MCS Male and Wood Elf kit, but I could never find a good tutorial on how to actually use them in Unity. Is there a good tutorial anywhere? I'm trying to move to 3D in Unity from 2D, and MCS seems like it could be really useful with the morphing abilities.
