LAMH Chimp part of fur is missing

I'm having a problem with the LAMH chimp. This is my first attempt at rendering him. I rendered the 'Iray Chimpanzee Black with Pink Skin -  Catalyzer' version and part of his fur is missing. Take a look at the render and you can see the fur on his belly and a section of fur on his right arm is missing. And yet the preview shows the all the fur as being there. I had the catalyzer in safe mode. The exact same problem occurred with the HQ version. How can I fix this? Thanks.

    Sounding like a memory shortage frankly.  The LAMH line is pretty system intensive so what you working with?

    NVIDIA GTX 780,. 32 GB RAM.
