Just wanted to give a thank you shout out to DAZ Customer Service.
I recently contacted them as I was unable to apply the recent 30% discount for purchasing the annual subscription renewal for PC+ as my subscription was still active. Even trying to buy a new 12 months did not show the discount. This was even more frustrating as my renewal was due in a few days. Sadly by the time they were able to get back to me (this was all in under 24-36 hours) the sale had passed. So I let my subscription auto renew and did not think much more about it. Then a couple fo days later - voila 40% discount on the same subscription.
Dropped a note to Customer Service more in hope than any expectation of anything changing. To my delight they credited me with the full discount as store credit (which is the solution I proposed in my email). Happily 3 items moved from my wishlist to my cart and now happily reside within my content library.
We all hear the doom and gloom stories so thought I would post a well done and thank you post to Customer Service. CS is normally a thnkless role, people blame you for any issue regardless if the fault belongs to you. or not. So I thought some positive feedback might help to balance the scale.
