Looking for Content Database for DAZ/Poser

I have too much content.  Way too much content.  Over 1400 products from DAZ, nearly 6000 from Renderosity and that's not counting any freebies, BOGOs direct from artists, RDNA product that didn't move to DAZ, most of the Poserworld catalog (on CD), and a pile of stuff from Content Paradize and a bunch of the smaller stores.  DAZ's internal categories systme doesn't work because I can't install everything I own at one time.  The best things I've found so far are two Toazen products - Account manager for DAZ and Product Manager for Renderosity, but the former can't pull up images for Products that DAZ has pulled from their store, the Rendo version doesn't allow storage of files offline yet and neither has a search system that allows lookups by product type.  The next best option I've found is using DAZ's store as with the DAZ DEALS browser set to show only owned products, but that obviously doesn't work off line and won't display over a thousand products that DAZ no longer maintains a page for.  What I really want is to be able to pull up a list of, say, all G3F characters that I own and then look at them  side by side while I'm offline.  Once upon a time DAZ actually sold a product called the 3D Product Database 2, which did everything I want, but it was tied to the old store's software and some other external products that are no longer available.

It seems to me that someone, somewhere must have created something like this using Excel or Acess as a base, but I've yet to find it.  Has anyoine seen/found/created something like this?

I'm working on updating the DAZ version to include offline data from the product library for products that don't have a product page (or for them all if you want). It's only one promo and limited data but better than nothing I guess (see screenshot). Also something in the works to make it easy to grab and include pages from WayBack.

As for the Rendo version it shouldn't take too long before the offline data feature is implemented either.

It's great to hear that as both of those would be fantastic additions and bring things much closer to what I need to make sense of all this stuff.

Absolutely ditto.  I started making my own as a simple excel spreadsheet... but I just have too much stuff.

What is the issue you are seeing that led you to this?

This doesn't sound like what I experienced, but just in case it helps: I did have an issue in 4.8 where I was no longer able to export my database.  I do not know the cause of the issue, I wondered if it was due to content volume since it had always worked in the past but don't really know. I had to resort to actually backing up / restoring the database cluster (in place of "export user data") which in Windows 7 on my machine is C:\Users\<YourUserNamehere>\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\cms\ContentCluster .  That allowed me to continue using the DS database despite the broken export.

Speed.  I've currently got a fast i7 running WIndows 7 Ultimate and a 1070 card, but I've already got 4TB of Daz/Poser content installed on a 6tb drive and I've installed less than half of my Rendo content.  As it is, everything is already running significantly slower the more content I add on, so if I were to install everything I have (easily well over 12tb of content) it would probably be glacial.  What I really want to do is unistall everything except the stuff that I use frequently and use the database to quick search through the products that aren't installed.

Just a basic excel spreadsheets is a bit easier to do if you have Taozen's DAZ account manager, as it will export your entire DAZ database in a form that can be loaded into excel.  What that doesn't do, though, is give you a visual of the product, which is what I really need when I'm going through all my older clothing,V4 skins, etc.

A visual helps: picture being worth a thousand words, and all, but if there's something that can save me spreadsheet time, I'll take it!  Where is this 'Daz Account Manager'?
