Odd horizontal skin banding using Iray

Hello -
I'm trying to increase the glossiness of a cnaracter's skin in Iray by bumping up the glossy layered weight beyond the limits. The results are satisfactory save for some thin horizontal banding on the character's torso. It almost resembles corrugation. I remember this issue in 3Delight when the specularity was too high. But I'm not sure how to retain the glossy highlights while losing the banding. Thoughts appreciated!

Try setting the Glossy Layered Weight back to the limit, (1.0, I believe,) and tinker with the Dual Lobe settings. I'm no expert on Dual Lobe, but I know you can get some really shiny skin with it.
Thanks, I'll try it. My goal is to just increase the highlights of the character's skin (it just looks sort of flat), not to get it overly shiny.
