Daz 3D

Please Help

I know how to switch a laptop on and played with DAZ for a while.

My problem is: I can't download any files from IM. I can't even load DAZ 3D 4.10

I have reinstalled every thing. Clean laptop I have Total 360 virus protection on or off still the same. Even change login name and email.

I have a secondary HDD 1.5TB that I want to install the files on (D:)

Please help, Im doing something wrong but I dont know what

    Please note:-  "Daz 3D" is the (dba) name of the company. The name of the application is "Daz Studio", which is shortened to either "Studio" or "DS". It has formerly been known as "DAZ|Studio" and shortened to "D|S".

    The installation point s to C drivem and all the other locations appear to be D drive. Could that have to do something with the provlem (wild guessung here).
