Big library problem/cleanup

As you know, many new users (including me) make the same mistake: downloading too much content and not focusing on character creation. I, personally, downloaded more than 2500 products (some of them freebies, files for older formats etc) and I’ve finally decided to wipe my library and start over. I’ve managed to cut my content down to 1100 packets totalling 180GB (just installer files). I still have about 450 installers totalling 9GB to sort out.

Now, I have some video tutorials which I’ll watch and delete afterwards, that’s about 30GB. The rest is mostly characters, clothing, shaders and environments. As I’ll be creating custom characters I though I could reduce my library’s content bu deleting all files from characters except skin textures and maybe keeping a clothing item or 2. That way, I’ll prevent my library from cluttering up as separate skin maps are not gonna show up in smart library. I could keep them in a special folder and use them when I need to.

Clothing ill keep as I need most of it (will probably reduce later).

Shaders: I’ll try to get rud of the unnecessary ones.

If I keep installer files and decide to install later, it’s possible to uninstall them as well with DIM? I know not all of them are DIM compatible, but for the ones that are, will uninstalling delete all the files etc?

thanks
