[Spaceship Wreckage is installed but will not load.]As stated above.

I box appears: "Error opening file. An error occured while reading the file, see the log file for more details."

How do I fine/see the log files?

Thanks.

Usually that error means that you were using a preset (probably a Materials preset) without having the models loaded and selected.

The 2 ikons for loading this item contain a contain an exclamation mark, within a triangle, within a picture frame.

    Does this help.

If that's all then it means no thumbnail, but the file is there - but it may not be properly decrypted if you installed via Connect (that is within Daz Studio). Please post a screenshot of what you see.

Yes, Richard, that's how I installed it, within DS.

Is it necessary to ininstall amd then re-install?

I will post a screenshot when I find out how to do that.

If you are using Windows use the Snipping Tool applet, or the new Snip and Sketch in an updated Windows 10.

If it's not decrypting that could be a product issue (unlikely since no one else has reported it) or an account or local issue. You could try uninstalling, restarting DS, and reinstalling.

Had exactly the same problem with that product. Was told by the support people to uninstall from Connect, then reinstall through the Direct Install Manager.

While this solved the issue, it also unfortunately means that it won't auto-update if necessary.
