You might be able to make something close enough with the shirt settings in the multidress system.
There's a sleeveless version on renderosity. Waist length blouse, elastic band in the mid-torso, V-neck but its just sleeveless thats all. Its by Serzart and its called Activewear for Genesis 3 Female. However be warned that most of Serzarts products are a pain to work with and will need a lot of tweaking. I've had autofit issues when trying to put lets say a G3F outfit onto a G8F body, rendered textures not matching up with whats on the cover, cant add smoothing modifiers to it, and RSSY's conversion script doesnt even detect it while it detects every other G3F outfit in my Daz directory.
