Genesis 1/2/3/8 Pose Converter problem

I found this interesting script which is free and said to be better than any pose converters you can purchase:

I downloaded this and put it in the scripts folder in My DAZ 3D Library, but i cannot access the program.  How should I be able to open this program?  And how should it work?

You won't access this one through DAZ Studio, browse to the folder location on your computer with windows explorer where you extracted this and there will be a program to run. From there it should tell you what to do.
