Corrupted Products?

So I recently had to reset my CMS database, and then had to re-download my entire content library through Connect.  After days of downloading, I discovered several of my products had not downloaded correctly; no thumbnails, props and figures refuse to load, even textures that refused to open in any image editing program.  So, I uninstalled the broken products and re-downloaded them, only to have the same result.  Next, I tried downloading the offline install packages and using them to install, only to get the same broken products.  So now I'm waiting on tech support to get back to me.

Meantime, I guess I'll re-install using DIM, as those files don't seem to be corrupted.
