Does "aniMate2 Leisure Time Bundle for M4" works for Michael 4 only or can it be applied to other type of figures?

The AniBlocks are specific to the figure they were made for, at least as AniBlocks - they could be baked to the Timeline and covnerted to another figure, then perhaps turned back into AniBlocks for that figure, but you'd need a conversion tool as wel as the bundle.
