Problems with "Clothing Converter G8F to G3F" by RiverSoft Art

Please can somebody help me to find a solution to the following:

I have installed scripts for the above package via Smart Content, however, the placeholder images are missing and I cannot load the PDF Manual. What have I done wrong, I'm about to lose my mind 

I've attached a screenshot for reference and I hope somebody can help me to resolve this issue.

Do not use Connect to install plug-ins, it can also be problematic with script based products.
