To my utter amazement, the DAZ store came up with a long-awaited, often demanded and very neccessary item today! https://www.daz3d.com/dflatable-donkey
I admit that the price is a bit steep, but if you consider the high usability and the amazing design, it's worth every cent. Well done DAZ!

and for only $500 (on sale from $1000) too ! what a bargain for april fools day - you can get the air pump for it at renderotXXX - or just start blowing up its synonym
It's not such a dParture from what we might have expected - we've always been able to dPend on Daz for this kind of thing :)
And I was wondering what is wrong with this weird donkey in today's sale promo pic, jumping/ hanging over this fence...finally I'm able to render this special commission.
Genesis 8 too, the gift that keeps on giving
the hedgehog must have punctured it, hehehe
Ms Hedgehog does look pretty concerned. Perhaps she blames herself for the donkey's current predicament. lol Pin the Tail On the Donkey must have gone horribly wrong.
Oh my, a wonky donkey!
*rushes off to try draping it over someone's head*
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I need to inflate him with the grass from my lawn. The hedgehog isn't eating enough of it and I don't like mowing it.
A wonderful donkey at a wonderful price, thanks, Daz!
Just becareful to not over inflate him, he'll float away if he is not tied down good
<snrk> Has anyone else come across a collection of wildlife videos on YouTube? This isn't "animals of the African savannah", it's "balloon animals of the African savannah". The first one I saw had a spherical cheetah chasing a spherical antelope, and... erm... losing its balance in a tight turn. Hilariously. There's a good few of them; zebras at a waterhole, flamingoes, a leopard trying not to fall out of a tree, and so on.
Poor dDonkey he's so dPressed.
brings back memories of this old video of mine one April .....
bad memories
*chuckles*
Yes, dForce, play-fun for hours on end.
I've seen them. They're hilarious ;) The crocodile that can't seem to right himself is a scream ;)
Laurie
yes the horse Aniblocks I bought from a third party work well too
i wonder if anyone has actually bought it. would daz refund them?
Try to put it in your cart...
Haha, it's free when you put it in your cart. It takes the price off. :P
that's looks so interesting and a bit disturbing
Yes - I love them: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCO5Da7kc1uvYwsSsnwcSCZg
It actually reminded me of an old Far Side gag cartoon about the "boneless chicken ranch," which consisted of a bunch of rubber-chickeny-looking poultry draped across fences and stuff. HAH!
I made a clone for Horse 2
scaling transforming joints using a smoothing modifier colliding with Horse 2 then Zprojection and smoothing plus some move brush action in Zbrush
@Wendy_Carrara Would you mind giving some more details on your process (the Zbrush part)? Thank you.
its rather fiddly as I am pretty incompitent at Zbrush but after matching as near as I could in DAZ studio which itself is fiddly,
I import both objects and save as Ztools
that way under subtool I can append one to the other
then I use Zproject with the one I want to project on the other selected (I think, I often do the wrong one and have to click ctrl Z)
also as the donkey hollow outer can be checked in Zproject
that very roughly does it
I use the zproject brush and click shift smoothing to tidy it up and had to use move brush on ears hiding horse 2 tool to check
then when as near as I can get I exported the donkey subtool as an obj for morphloader and follow Leana's clone tute
this is what I exported from DAZ studio before using Zbrush, just scaling bones, posing and using collision
as you can see it already is pretty close to Horse 2
