Hello!

A while back I contacted customer survice at https://www.daz3d.com/help/ about a product bought twice. I never got an answer, and not even a mail that my enquiry had been recieved. So now I posted again, but again I did not see anything in my mailbox indicating that my mail had been sent / recieved. And I cannot track if it has been posted or not. As a matter of fact, I can't see any of my old customer service mails.

Is the functionality down? And if so, for how long has it been out of operation?

Are you sure you entered the email correctly if you weren't logged in, which seems to be the usual situation - I alays have to click the Sign In link at top-right, after which it notices it knows me; if you had to complete a captcha you weren't signed in on the ticket system.
