I think I just learned a hard lesson...

DAZ sales on last for a couple of days, huh?  I was waiting until today to get all of my cart items, including Mrs. Cho 8 Pro Bundle, which totalled $75 and now, I looked and it's over $225!!!

So much for being a valued customer, I guess.

That sounds a big jump - try logging out and back in again, it may just have forgotten the discounts you are due temporarily.

    The sales usually change daily.

  • No, the sales for Mrs. Cho is still up.  If you click the dashboard, it still takes you to that sale.  They add new sales everyday, though.

I tried this, too and it still stayed.  Should I contact them or wait?

  • Is it possible that Mrs. Chow is still the same bought everything else went up? I had a ton of things in my wishlist on sale for days but they went back up in price because they are not part of the Mad Artists selection anymore. Also the items in the free $50 dollars worth for buying Mrs. Chow prices change some depending on if their artist was in the Mad Artists section as well.

DAZ sales are excellent examples of impulse buying.  If you really want it, buy it NOW.  They don't want you to think about it overnight, you might just lose the fever.

ooooo ..cool and shiney. snag fast. That's why FASTGRAB. FLASH sales, etc ...
I get upset when I sleep on it as the cart price changes pretty much everytime, usually more expensive, rarely less.

Yes, it looks as if the $50 off DOs is not working, though it's still up on the Mrs Chow page. We've flagged this up.

Sometimes impulses work the opposite way.

I had some sort of 10% off banner thing, so I bought myself a gift card (because once you do, it's discounted money and that effectively "stacks" with any sale because it's not an "offer" any more, it's money). Next day, there's a better sale on gift cards (so the banner was really sort of worthless).

My experience is that your checkout price is governemed by the date of purchase, not the date you put any items in your cart.

I can verify, this has been fixed. There are four places on the sales page that say what you must have in the cart to get the $50 off the featured DOs, Last night, two of those stated "Newly Mad or Still Mad" and two stated only the "Newly Mad." Today, the section where you can find the link to the featured DOs still only shows "Newly Mad" in the adcopy, but the other one was fixed, and Still Mad items now trigger the offer.

However, the Related Madness items that get the additional 40% off have changed. There were a lot of them through yesterday, and many of the items in the featured DO list were also in the Related Madness list, and all those discounts were stacking, including the extra 40% from the Mrs. Chow offer! Even with the $50 off, your cart will have jumped significantly.
