Missing Thumbnail of Smart contents Tab

Hey All !

I am having trouble with smart content stuff that i bought, so many of them have missing thumbnails , like the attached file, It makes it hard to see what i need to use, its the same in the product section . Can anyone please guide why this happens. It happens with some of the products, not all .I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the products as well as Daz studio, That did not help.

    It looks like it failed to install properly. I have also had that problem lately with products. Write a ticket to DAZ helpdesk and ask
    them whats going on with that!

    Oh ok. So i have to do that separately  for all the products that are doing this , Or do they consider if i add list of items names that are doing it ?

    How are you installing? Are you using the same location and method for the content that installs correctly and that which doesn't?
