add Tattoos to Victoria 4's back

I recall years and years ago, I added tattoos to Victoria 3.

But today, I have no clue how to add tattoos to Victoria 4's back.  I have the editting software Paint Shop.  But I cannot recall which image to edit.

Can someone help please ?

    You use the torso map - there is a seam down the middle, which can make back tats awkward, but it is doable.
