Anyone else used dForce Sister Mary Outfit and having issues with the head piece?

Attaced two images trying it out on G8F base. The first image is the head piece just loaded on to G8F no simulation and there are a a small part of the item poking through it self, second image is after simulation with G8F base in standard pose and a lot more of the the same poke through in the back of the head piece.

Has anyone else been able to use it without those issues?
