How do I convert a carrara item to a daz item?

https://www.daz3d.com/arboretum-volume-2

How hard and expensive would it be to convert something from Carrera to a daz-friendly item? I need the ironbark tree for a book cover.

well you can check show full detailed mesh in the plant room and export an obj but they are dreadfully high poly devil

Does it specifically have to be an ironbark or would another species of Australian Eucalyptis work?

Has to be specifically an Ironbark... The name of the book is Ironbark Hill

Unfortunately there is no actual ironbark tree according to the web since that name refers to several species of eucalyptus trees in Australia

    Might find one here

XFROG has excellent models of several species of Eucalyptus, but I don't think any they have any called Ironbark.  You might check their products.  I guess that Eucalyptus paniculata is the Grey Ironbark and Eucalyptus tricarpa is the Red Ironbark (the one in the Arboretum Vol. 2)?

E-On Software's Plant Factory does not seem to have either of those species in that selection either.

Sorry, not sure where else to look.

Ok, this is a long shot, but I remember reading somewhere that the most practical way to convert something from Carrara is to export it as a Lightwave object (.LWO) instead of .OBJ, and then import that .LWO file with the other software.  I was interested in how to go from Carrara to VUE, and have not tried this myself.

obj export will work, it just will be a very high resolution object

you even can add wind and rustle and load exports along the timeline as morph targets, I have done that
