DAZ Install Manager Fails to Download

Starting this morning (3/8/2019) DAZ Install Manager fails to download packages. I have Internet access, I can manually download the zip files through my browser from my account order pages and obviously, it can access my account because it sees the packages available.
Anyone else having this issue? If so, were you able to fix it?

What security software are you using? Can you manually place a downloaded zip in the Downloads folder?
I'm using Norton, but that hasn't changed since my previous purchase yesterday. Yes, I've manually downloaded and manually installed the packages.
It appears DAZ has implemented reCapcha.. I'm wondering if that's causing an issue. It's giving error - 403 : Forbidden.
Where? The ZenDesk site (help tickets) will not log you in immediately, and if you aren't logged in it will have a captcha, but I'm not aware of anywhere else that uses one (on Zendesk just clicking the Log In link should log you in, without having to enter your details).
I'm having a similar issue. It was working fine the other day but last night and this morning, zilch.

I don't think they have a 24x7 staff, so when they have a network, server or code glitch on their website, it takes a while before someone sees it and fixes it.

I just bought Luthbel's Ad Gladio. Granted, it's an older product, but it doesn't even show UP in IM :(

Seems to be working now. Studio wouldn't even show up as an installed product although the shortcut was there and it loaded when clicked. After uninstalling Studio and then reinstalling it, surprise, DIM now works. Weird... Anyway, its slow but its updating. Let's hope that it continues!!!
