spot rendering

Hi Eveyone,  I'm not getting a pop up window when doing a spot render, so can not cancel during the render, it keeps rendering until its finished.

The Tool Settings pane, with the Spot render tool active, should give the option to render to a new window. Switching tools might stop the curent render to viewport.
