Credit card chargeback headache
I am seeking advise to help resolve my DAZ account problems since a mistake my Credit Card company made with a chargeback. I made a purchase Jan 31st at DAZ. Later that day a bunch of fraud charges showed up on the card that were thankfully caught. However, they ended up flagging all purchases that day and initiated a chargeback for the DAZ purchase. I caught this on Feb 14th on my card statement and initiated a reverse at the card company. I also contacted DAZ cause my account was disabled.
I opened a DAZ trouble ticket and attached a copy of my card statement showing the reversal and also a letter (to me) from the card company indicating the reversal. Still no DAZ account reactivation.
The credit card company does not contact merchants directly for this type of exchange. They will do a 3 way call with the merchant (DAZ) if I am on the line .... but no DAZ phone support so that will not work. At this point I am stuck and missing out on the current sales ... can't use my platinum card coupons ... or my store credit.
Any advise would be welcome. Thanks

Yes I did file a trouble ticket on Feb 19th and it is going nowhere. I also attached files showing the reversal to the trouble ticket
