PC+ Woes

Yesterday, my PC+ membership disappeared. I'm on a quarterly renewal with my due date being 18 March.

I put in a ticket and the CSA said she could see it was fine and I was still PC+. I should refresh and get back to her. I did. I was still not in PC+.

Then it hit 5pm Mountain Time shortly after and now I'm stuck till Monday. Also, weirdly, I got a notice from Paypal this morning that DAZ Productions--not me--has cancelled my renewal.

I'm not sure what's going on, tbh.

But it started after I got my refund for the missing Thursday night 10% on Friday afternoon.

I suppose I will save money this weekend with this... ;-)

This used to be a regular problem a few years ago — whenever someone was given a refund, their PC+ membership would be cancelled. Better re-open your ticket and tell Support that the old store bug seems to be back again.
